Today we are delighted to offer for sale a rare and very wonderful vintage Burberg silverplate service for 12 with extras!
This fabulous and large 82-piece service is finely crafted and detailed and manufactured by the renowned (and now closed) German silverware manufacturer Burberg. The service is features a streamlined Mid Century Modernist design, with a lattice-style adornment on the neck of the utensil pieces. Pieces are all marked on the reverse side “Burberg 100” and the knives are also marked “Burberg Solingen”. This beautiful and substantial service is composed of the following pieces:

Set presents beautifully and is in very good vintage condition, with very minor wear and scuffing and tarnishing from being used only a handful of times through the years. No Monogram. This elegant and refined German-made set is a masterpiece of European Mid Century craftsmanship!
