Today we are offering a fabulous group of Tiffany Sterling Silver flatware, 6″ teaspoons in the Japanese pattern dating to 1871. Not to be confused with the later but similar Audubon pattern, these spoons have the protruding “knobs” at the point where the pattern joins with the stem of the spoon. These spoons feature a wonderful swallow in flight surrounded by stylized flowers, very much showing the Japanese influence. They are elegantly monogrammed on the back of the handle with 3 initials in script which appear to be “RRK.” Please read complete condition description above and take a good look at all photos. Total of 15 spoons available, sold individually. Buyer may buy one, several, or all and shipping will automatically be combined which will mainly be the cost of additional insurance. This is a wonderful opportunity to add this rare and desirable pattern to your collection.
Please see our other auctions for additional pieces in the Japanese pattern. Fresh to the market!
