Today we are offering a lovely 17″ oval serving platter made by Aichi China of (Occupied) Japan circa 1940/50s. This is just one piece of a large set of this China we recently acquired. Nice transfer printed pattern known as AIC13 on Replacements or Dresden Flowers by collectors. There is a gold motif interspersed with the flowers along the rims and gilding along the edges and handles of the dish. The flower pattern is repeated in the interior of the dish. Measures 17″ across. Marked on the bottom “A Aichi China Japan (logo) Made in Occupied Japan.” Ready to be enjoyed and displayed.
