Today we are happy to offer for sale a rare pair of antique African Ashanti Ghana bronze panel doors!
The pair of doors is beautifully hand-crafted and detailed. The pieces are crafted of patinated bronze with low relief designs of warriors interspersed with geometrical designs. Each door has a hinge tip and small pull. The doors were most likely part of a ceremonial container or piece of furniture. They are of great craftsmanship and design.
The set presents well and is in very good antique condition, with minor wear/scuffing, tarnish and patina commensurate with age.
