Today we are happy to offer for sale a rare original 1930’s German Der Osterhas auf Reisen (The Easter Bunny on the Road) children’s book!
The Easter-themed book was written by author Wolf Holst and features illustrations by Ernst Kutzer (1880-1965) who was an Austrian painter, graphic artist, author and picture book illustrator. The book features colorful illustrations of the Bunny’s travels through Germany.
The book presents well and is in good antique condition. The book was beautifully rebound with a maroon leather cover with gilt letters. Some pages have toning, tears, and small repairs.
