This modern art masterpiece was finely painted on board in 1969, for the Munson-Williams-Proctor Institute. This thought-provoking painting of a woman features layers of colorful acrylic paint, applied in many different ways, to create a layered and textured effect. The painting is done is an abstract expressionist style and is titled “Carnival”. The picture is the epitome of 1950’s/1960’d Mid Century art and design! The painting is in very good vintage condition, with very minimal display wear. There are no chips, cracks, pinholes, or repairs noted.
